DIY Workout – AMRAP Bodyweight Blast

All you require is yourself and 30 minutes to squeeze in this simple full body workout

AMRAP = As many rounds as possible in the time allocated.

Set your timer to 3mins and complete as many rounds of the exercises as possible in the 3 minutes then rest for 1 minute and go again for another 3. Repeat 5 times.
