DIY Workout – Bodyweight Tabata

All you require is yourself and 25 minutes.

Tabata = 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest for 8 cycles.

You can download a Tabata timer or even go to YouTube and use one of the Tabata timers on there. It will have music and a count down to make it super easy to use.
